1. Cancellations and Refunds
By booking a place on one of our courses, you acknowledge and expressly request that the course begins on the published start date, and that once it has started, your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 no longer applies.
If you cancel up to seven days before the course starts, and your 14-day statutory cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 has passed, we’ll be happy to give you a full refund.
If you cancel after the course has started: sadly no refunds will be given under any circumstances, and any remaining installments under your payment plan will remain payable in full.
This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation, and, so that it remains fair and consistent for everyone, we are unable to make exceptions.
This does not affect your other statutory rights. Thank you for understanding!
2. Payment in Installments
We’re happy to offer a payment plan at checkout for some of our courses (though not for our masterclasses or other services). If available, by selecting this option you agree to pay the full course fee in the installments shown when booking. Your place on the course is confirmed once the first installment is received.
Subsequent installments will be charged automatically to the card used at checkout, on the dates shown at booking. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment details remain valid and that sufficient funds are available – thank you!
If an installment payment fails:
We will attempt to take payment again.
If payment has still not been received after 3 days from the original due date, your access to course materials and sessions will regrettably be suspended.
If the outstanding amount remains unpaid after 7 days from the original due date, we reserve the right to pursue the outstanding balance as a debt.
Enrolling on a payment plan is a commitment to pay the full course fee, regardless of attendance or completion of the course or suspension of access under this clause.
