Course description
Queering Memoir with Jeremy Atherton Lin is a unique opportunity to develop the craft and conscience of exploring personal experience and identity on the page. By embracing all forms of writing the self – including autobiography, autofiction and experimental, genre-bending styles – this innovative, inspiring eight-week course will focus on self-exploration and self-expression, nurturing an authentic voice, and close engagement with both the writing of your fellow group members and a range of illuminating and intimate published texts. Queering Memoir will take place in an inclusive, affirming space, and especially welcomes LGBTQ+ writers and diversity in all its forms.
